Upgrade StorageView Online command in toolbar?
Is there a way to do this?

There already is a View Online option (when it applies) in the Locate menu above the right-hand pane, as well as in an item's context menu. That option takes you to the web address associated with an item.
If you mean View Online as in "View on zotero.org", that's something we've discussed, but there's no easy way to do that currently.
If you mean to customize the toolbar to add the existing View Online action as a button, no, that's not possible.
There also could be a preference setting so when clicking a listing it defaults to view online rather than the snapshot.
Just curious. It works all the same.
