Upgrade StorageGroup Admin Cannot See Group Entries in Her Local Zotero
Maybe this question has been answered, but I haven't been able to find an answer in the forums. If you know the answer, please direct me to it.
Here's the problem. An admin in our group library cannot see the group library in her local zotero and so is not able to edit it.
To try to be more clear: When this admin clicks on the zotero icon in the lower right of her screen, it brings up her own zotero, but the group library is not included there for her to work in.
This may be simply a naive problem on our part -- but we're stuck! Please help! Thank you!
