Create Web Page item from Current Page: links not opening off-line ?

"Create Web Page item from Current Page" will save the page to my HardDisk but will not save the links one level down (cannot open the links offline)
Is that possible to do ?

    No, that is not possible. Zotero is not meant for downloading entire websites. If that is your intention you should look at other software (e.g. website downloaders)

    Saving Web Pages is possible according to the Documentation
    It saves "snapshots" which is just a page and no active links.
    They are on my Harddisk. So even if the link is no more valid, I have a copy on my Hard Disk. Right ?
    But I know you do not recommend this use of Zotera.

    you can save web_pages_ and they're saved as snapshots to your HD and that's absolutely one of the recommended uses of Zotero. What you can't do is save entire web_sites_ - i.e. as Aurimas says, you can't save links one or more levels down. If that's something you want to do there are better tools.
