There was an error starting Zotero

Zotero has been working fine in my version of firefox but for the last few days when I have tried to open it I have got the message "There was an error starting Zotero". Report ID is: 198942277

    Well, wait—how did you manage to include a Report ID if you're getting "There was an error starting Zotero"? That requires opening the Zotero pane, which I don't believe is possible if you're seeing that error message.

    I receive the error starting Zotero message when I first start the programme. However the pane does then open with the message:

    'An error has occurred. Please restart Firefox'

    I followed t6he instructions above and there were no errors to report.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for a startup, using the "Enable after restart" option?

    The Debug ID is D1851643723.

    That's not startup output using the "Enable after restart" option. That just appears to be output for loading some zotero.org pages in Firefox.

    It just started working again after a week of not. No idea what changed.
