Word 2013 Shuts down after Zotero citation

Hallo!

I've recently encountered this stubborn error with a long word-document that has lots of citations. When trying to insert a citation into the document, Word will immediately shut down. This happens only in some paragraphs and not others ... What should I do?

Error code is 2123977523:

[JavaScript Error: "The remote procedure call failed.
" {file: ".\zoteroWinWordDocument.cpp" line: 0}]

[JavaScript Error: "The RPC server is unavailable.
" {file: ".\zoteroWinWordDocument.cpp" line: 0}]

    What version of Word do you have? What style are you using?

    EDIT: Oops, see Word 2013 in your post title. Still would be good to have the style.

    The style is "Society of Biblical Literature (full note)". I've actually noticed that this happens only when I have both Word and LibreOffice open at the same time (oddly, I used both in my research). I tried to reinstall the LibreOffice plug-in but that gave me an error. So, as long as only Word is open this error does not seem to occur. It would be helpful though to be able to work with both :)
