cursor skips to the top while taking notes

When I type in the "notes" section, the cursor keeps skipping back to the top of the document. I see that other people have solved this problem by turning off the automatic syncing, and this worked for me for awhile, but now the cursor skips to the top even when the entry isn't syncing.

    You're positive this happens even when auto-sync is disabled and there's no active sync?

    If so, if you can reproduce it, can you provide a Debug ID for an occurrence of it?

    I just checked, and it's still happening, even with auto-sync disabled. Here's the Debug ID: D528157578. (I should add that it's not happening in all the notes, only some).
