Style Request: [African Journal of AIDS Research]
Hello everyone!
I have tried to create my own reference style but gave up...
Needless to say, I need a citation style and of course urgently... =)
It is for the African Journal of AIDS Research (AJAR) and I have included their reference style requests which can be found at the very bottom (left) and very top (right) of the one page document and which can be found here:
http://www.nisc.co.za/images/journals/authinstr/AJAR%20instructions%20to%20authors.pdf
They are requesting the following:
Citations in the text - (Author, year) - oldest article first, then less older article and so on. Example: (Hans, 2001; Georg, 2009; Siggi 2012). If same year and two different authors, then authors in alphabetical order. Example: (Hans, 2001; Zora, 2001).
If anything from the cited texts is directly quoted, then you need to add the page. Example: (Hans, 2001, p. 63).
If more than one author: for the first time all authors must be mentioned and up to six authors, cited the second time in the text then the first author and et al. is sufficient. Example: It was about time (Hans, Georg, Siggi, Tim, Uwe, Zora, 2011) and when they left that was it (Hans et al., 2011).
The style of the reference list should be as listed in the pdf document (link attached above).
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
