Word 2011 for Mac toolbar

Hi guys,

I have the latest Zotero with Firefox and word plugin downloaded. I see the toolbar in in Word but anytime I try to use it I get the following message - compile error in hidden module: Zotero. I have deleted the zotero.dot file and reloaded it but no change. The Zotero functions still work from the Apple script menu in Word, just not the toolbar.

Any ideas ??

I have un-installed everything, tried stand alone and browser (firefox), deleted .dot file....everything. Still no change......any help any body, I've run out of ideas !

I'm using a new imac with Mountain lion.

Try deleting the OLE Registration Database as described here: http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#visual_basic_for_applications_error

Tried that but had the same result........but it did change my thinking, so I reinstalled Word and Zotero and all plug ins......result!! It appears it was an isue with Word that had somehow developed.
