zotero chrome connector not installing

when I try to add the chrome connector (4.0.8.1) I get the following message "There was a problem adding the item to Chrome. Please refresh the page and try again." I've tried restarting chrome & my computer, but it still won't install. Any ideas?

This should be fixed in Zotero Connector 4.0.8.2, which will be available on the Chrome App Store in about half an hour.
