Importing from word to Zotero

Ive already written the paper and done the refs, but I need to import them from word to Zotero. Is this possible?

not really, no.
There is

but you might be better of just searching & importing the refs.

Thanks. I thought so but was just making sure I wasn't missing anything. This is like doing double work. Especially with secondary sources.
