Upgrade Storageimpossible Syncing (solved)
Dear Dan Stillman,
I commented on someone else's topic about syncing issues and recieved an incredibly fast answser. I did what you said, and I closed Zotero and Firefox then restarted both of them and it worked.

I forgot my Zotero password and I reseted it today.
I checked that my computer (Mac book Pro)also remembered the correct new password.
But now, I can't sync to the server, there's an error message that tells me there's a problem with the username or password in the zotero preferences, but I double-checked both and there right...
The error ID is : 980622653

Sophie: Clear both your username and password in the Sync pane of the preferences and retype them, and then try syncing again. If you're still having trouble, start a new thread."
