Upgrade StorageStandalone Note Titles Not Always Syncing
I am noticing that when I create standalone notes using Zotero Standalone for Windows, the titles (automatically generated from the first line of the note) only sync SOMETIMES with MY LIBRARY in my Zotero account online and thence to Zotpad. What is happening?

Windows computer running Windows 7 Enterprise.
Attempted unsuccessfully to reproduce by opening MS word doc, copying and pasting text into new standalone note, adding tags, syncing, then checking in online My library version -- new standalone note appeared with title and tags. Note with title transferred to Zotpad but not tags.
