Syncing references to Mendeley

I am having trouble syncing new references to Mendeley, which I use with my word processor. The error report says that my username and password is incorrect, and I should change it in the preferences tab. I'm logged into Zotero, but I recently changed my password. How do I fix this?

    ask Mendeley, that's their feature.

    Thanks... I had it wrong though. Apparently I'm having trouble syncing with the Zotero server, not with Mendeley directly.

    have you changed your password in the "sync" tab of your Zotero preferences

    Yea, it's changed on the sync tab too.

    In almost all cases the message means what it says - somehow you have the wrong username or password in the sync prefs.

    If you're absolutely positive that's not the case, provide a debug ID for a failed manual sync (i.e. clicking on the round arrow at the top right of Zotero)
