Changing library settings - only show uncategorized items?

Hi there, I feel like this may be a silly question but it's bothered me for a long time and I haven't been able to find a solution. I prefer using the zotero website to any other way of using zotero. However, I can't figure out on the website interface how to request that my general library page only display papers that don't have a label attached. I would love this because it helps me make sure that I'm categorizing all of my papers into folders. Is there some way to do this I haven't figured out?
  • not really. The client has an "Unfiled" saved search - you can tag all items in that - and the tag will show up online - but that's the best that's currently available.
I don't know if any saved search ability is plained for the online version of the library - the general intent has always been for most organizing work to happen in the client and not online. It's hugely more powerful.
  • Hi Adam, thanks for your answer. I have noticed that the features in the client are a lot better, but I work from so many different computers that it just makes more sense to work directly from the online version. It sounds like what you suggested will probably work for me, though.
