Oo plugin - Genral I/O Error

Having upgraded to OpenOffice 2.4.0, when I start Oo the process halts signalling "Error loading BASIC document : ... /Zotero.oxt/Zotero/scriprt.xlb - General I/O Error".
clicking on "OK", Oo opens apparently normal ... but ZoteroToolBar doesn't work!
Any suggestion? many thanks, rs

I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling the Zotero OpenOffice plugin.
