Two saved searches with same name

I can create two saved searches with the same name. This can't be good...

    You can create two collections with the same name too, or two items. So what? Maybe you want to recreate one and then delete the old one. Maybe you just relish ambiguity. This doesn't strike me as something we need to worry about.

    I have two different Saved Searches with name "Analytical Chemistry".

    I use "Analytical Chemistry" as a condition in another search. Which one do I get?

    It just doesn't seem that I should be able to have two collections or two Saved Searches with the same name.

    I agree that this isn't an earth shaking problem. It is my opinion a small bug.

    I'd also stipulate that is is stupid to use the same name for two different saved searches. I just want the computer to help keep me from blowing my foot off... :-)
