Clicking on text icon only produces a blank "Saving item . . ." box.

  • Also, does Report Errors in the Actions (gear icon) menu become activated? If so, send in an error report and post the Report ID here.

  • Works for me, and there are no Zotero errors in that report. (You sent it in after attempting to save, yes?) It's possible this is a proxy issue.

    A couple things to try:

    1) Reset Translators and Styles button in the Advanced pane of the Zotero prefs.

    2) Providing debug output for the save attempt.
  • 1. Resetting translators and styles did not help.
    2. Not receiving error messages in debug output.
    3. Firefox 2.0.0.14 - Not experiencing the problem using 1.04 w/ Firefox 2.0.0.14.

    Can you post it?

    2. Debug output:
Not allowed to post: exceeds Vanilla's maximum message length limit by 1714 characters. I'll be happy to send it via email. The problem appears to arise when Zotero attempts to parse info from my university's proxy server.
