MozRepl in Zotero Standalone

Dear Zotero Users and Developers,

I installed the MozRepl add-on version 1.1.2 in zotero, but am unable to start it properly. Is there a recommended way of using mozrepl in zotero? Is there a workaround to start the repl such as in a zotero console?

    I know this is two years old, but it took me a while to find the solution, so I'll post it anyway:

    After installing the add-in, you can make mozrepl start every time by changing the preferences:

    Go to preferences -> advanced -> Open about:config

    Agree to be careful

    Go to the setting:

    extensions.mozrepl.autoStart

    and change it from false to true.

    Restart zotero and mozrepl should start.
