not able to download files from infotrac

Using Zotero Standalone 4.0.8, I get an error message when trying to download articles from Nineteenth Century U.S. Newspapers, Infotrac translator. URL: http://infotrac.galegroup.com/itw/infomark/819/250/9633417w16/purl=rc1_NCNP_0_GT3013285208&dyn=58!nxt_21_0_GT3013285208?sw_aep=29002. Any idea what is wrong, or what can be done about this? I attempted to follow all the steps in the Zotero translators troubleshooting guide, and all appeared to be in good order. Thanks!

  • yes, that's broken. I'm not terribly optimistic about fixing it - I don't see systematic citation data or export anywhere on those pages, but I'll take a look.
  • OK, I've fixed this best I could. Don't expect high quality data, though.
If you encounter obvious problems, please provide a specific title and/or search path: links won't work for Infotrac.

Your version of Zotero will automatically update within 24hs, or you can update manually using the "Update Now" button in the "General" tab of the Zotero preferences.
