Error report ID 1180900216

I think the problem started when I simply wanted to add a Web page to Zotero. Now, Zotero prints an error message when I start the program, saying that I should restart Firefox. This problem is related to the Firefox plugin. The standalone version works fine.
  • Temporarily disable auto-sync in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences and restart Zotero. The error probably won't occur. Then check your database integrity in the Advanced pane of the Zotero preferences.

I did as you advised. However, I get the same error. The following message was displayed near the sync icon when I click on it to manually sync Zotero:
getFile() can only be called on attachment items

Zotero did synced with the latest DB, however.
  • Did the database integrity check pass without errors?

Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces this error?

This is the error that I just produced.

There were errors in the DB, and Zotero said that they were all fixed.
  • I've closed Zotero, then re-opened it, went directly in Advance settings and checked DB for errors. Then restarted Firefox. Went again in Advance settings to check DB errors: no error reported. Then clicked on the sync icon: syncing went all right. Back to normal.

I will try to reactivate auto syncing.
  • Auto sync was reactivated.

I was able to save a Web page to Zotero, then sync the DB. No error reported.

    Thank you very much!
