Upgrade StorageBig database no chance to export for tranfer to another computer
I have two computer, one is in my lab, another one is my laptop at home. So I need to synchronize between two computers frequently.
In the begining, when the database is not too big (less than 100 papers), the export time and import time is still acceptable.
But now, when I have more than 400 papers items in zotero, it is painful to export the database from the desktop in my lab (often suffer from the zotero's crash and long time no responds), and not easy to import the database to the my laptop at home.
note: Import/export is not just the reference but also noted PDF files.
The zotero is quite nice tool for bibliography, but how can I solve it's little headache problem?
Any suggestions or talk about this problem will be appreciated.

One time, I tried to copy storage folders, or some other files to the new computer, but I found it didn't work. So I thought I have to use the inport/export function of the zotero.
