Upgrade Storage"attach link to URI" popup needs "title" Field
Looked and couldn't find this...
For some "parent" item do:
"Add Attachment / Add Link to URI..."
You can paste in a URL link and it woks fine.
However the "title" that is displayed is usually incomprehensible. The popup window should also allow you to type in some type of english making title that makes sense.
To change the "title" now to have to:
(1) Create link
(2) select link
(3) click on title to open popup so that you can edit
(4) close popup

PS - Please change "Add Link to URI..." to "Add Link to URL..."
ie URL not URI
