Update translators button not working

I am running Zotero standalone version 4.0.8 on Windows 8. When I click the "Update now" button on the general tab of Zotero preferences to update the translators, after a moment the button changes to "Error". The report ID is 661338295. I have the same issue when using the Firefox plugin.

    There are problems in your Zotero data directory. Start by resetting translators and styles from the Advanced pane of the Zotero preferences.

    Security software on your system could also be interfering.

    I reset the translators and styles, but for some reason that didn't fix it. I then deleted the translators and styles folders manually from the zotero profile folder, and now the update button works properly. Thanks for the help.
