book icon not appearing

Hello.

I am a new user and I just downloaded Zotero today. I'm using Zotero Standalone version 4.0.8. I'm running Windows 7.

I do not have the book icon appearing in any websites. I tried a book page on amazon, the New York Times, and others.

I normally use Windows Internet Explorer (version 9.0.8112.16421) and the book icon doesn't appear there. I also tried it with Firefox version 21, with no luck.

I've gone through all the steps in the "Troubleshooting Issues with Zotero Translators". I don't know what a Report ID is.

    In order to get any of the URL bar icons, you need a connector installed - i.e. either the connector for Chrome or Safari or the Firefox plugin all available from zotero.org/download
    For IE you can get the bookmarklet:
    http://www.zotero.org/downloadbookmarklet
    but you just have to try whether that works, you'll never get any icons.
