Error when not saved

Saving Pubmed citation usually works well but once in a while fails. I only know for sure if the zotero window is open to see the entry arriving there. I notice a little yellow notification appears saying saving, before save is completed, which confuses the situation. I notice this notification box gets a little bigger when save is completed. This is too subtle for cases when the save fails. I need a red warning of not saved.
