Can't add attachment to group library items

Hello,
I am using zotero standalone and I can't seem to be able to add attachments to items within a particular group library. My library plus other group libraries have no problems with this.
Would you please help me?

public groups don't allow attachments at all. Not all non-public groups allow adding attachments for all users - check with the group administrator.

I am the group administrator. I initially created the group as public by mistake, but I changed the settings to private, and still doesn't allow me to add attachments.

Check the file editing settings, and make sure you've synced.
