installing open office extension

I am encountering problems while installing the extension. To me the help page (http://www.zotero.org/documentation/openoffice_integration) is not particularly specific:

"1. Remove the previous version of Zotero.oxt from Tools→Extension Manager…→My Extensions."

I am not sur where to find this. In Firefox? Can someone provide me with a more detailed explanation? Is there already something on that in the forum which I havent found?

    Am in a hurry, but the instruction above is for OOo.

    Maybe above I was a bit unclear...I know that the instruction is for Open Office...But i dont know where to find the previous version of Zotero.oxt

    In Tools→Extension Manager…→My Extensions from within OpenOffice.
