Capture with chrome plugin no longer working on Taylor & Francis online

Hello,

It used to be possible to capture references directly from the site of tandfonline. For example: http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/0268093022000043065
But it no longer works. Is there are reason for this? Is there a place where we can post capture problems that were once possible but now no longer are? Btw great work with Zotero!

    Posting here is fine, but it is working fine for me. Maybe you mean downloading PDF attachments?

    If not, go through http://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues

    If you get to step 11 and your issue is not fixed, we'll probably need Report IDs from both Zotero Standalone and Chrome. Also post all the relevant details from other steps.

    I updated the translators and now it works. Didn't know the page existed. I thought the translators would be automatically updated each time zotero itself is updated?

    They should be. And they should be updated automatically every 24 hours unless you have the option disabled in preferences.

    It's not disabled and I updated to the latest zotero version this morning but apparently translators didn't update automatically. Anyhow I'm happy with this solution for the future.
