Personal Networking features - can you track contacts in Groups

Is there a way to network with members or viewers of a Zotero Group such that you can access their contact information if they provide it? I'm thinking of something similar to LinkdIn to facilitate professional collaboration and discovery of different individuals and working groups for scholars and researchers.
