I don't have access to that Proquest database, I believe (which is it?) so I can't test that.
So let's figure out what's going wrong with the RIS from Campbell.
On the link above, you click on "Export References", save the item, then use "import" in Zotero, select the file and what happens?
And this is with regular Zotero 4.0.6 for Firefox, correct?
Do you have any other add-ons installed in Firefox?
