Remove Dialog

It would be saver, if a dialog appears, before I can delete a item, in which I have to confirm the deletion.

This is already the current behavior. When you hit the delete key in a collection you do not delete the item altogether, you simply remove it from that specific collection. To permanently delete an item from inside a collection you need to right click on it, chose "Delete Selected Item From Library" and then confirm the deletion in a dialog box. If you hit the Delete key in your library you should be prompted with the dialog as well.
