Is there any place where i can find the description of the styles? In other is there a website or other resource where I can read that the AMA style incudes, for example, the first three authors listed, the year of publication in parenthesis right after the Authors, the title, and then the issue and the page? Or the only way to find out is to test every single entry?

There is no list with style descriptions - that wouldn't be feasible, some of them are 20-30 pages long. Almost every style includes a documentation link (on the Zotero repository, e.g., click on "view sources" and the link to documentation is towards the top.).

If you're looking for et-al info specifically, you can also look at the csl code itself (the et-al-min and the et-al-use-first parts specifically).
