Upgrade StorageInstallation problem
When downloading Zotero 4.0 for firefox I get the same warning over and over:
Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox.
I did as the instruction told me to do but it doesn't help. I do not encounter this problem when I downloaded Zotero for Chrome but I do want to download the Microsoft Word ad-inn which seems only supported by firefox.

Zotero Standalone includes the word processor plugins, so you only need to install them separately if you want to use them with Zotero for Firefox with Zotero Standalone closed. But based on your error report, it looks like you're having the installation problem with Zotero Standalone (too?). Have you tried restarting your computer, making sure all other programs are closed, and then starting Zotero Standalone?
If you continue to get there error then, with nothing else open, it's likely due either to security software on your system interfering or a permissions problem with your Word startup directory.
