Sync preferences box won't accept my username and password

Hi,

I've just started using zotero and need to be able to sync my account across two different computers. I have entered my login details to the pop up sync preferences box but it said that it didn't recognise my login details. I definitely entered them correctly, and they work to allow me to log in here and leave a comment.

Any advice about how to solve this problem would be much appreciated.

I am having the same issue. I verified my password by logging into the web interface and was able to login.

Make sure you are using your username and not email to sign in. Otherwise, provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that says your credentials are invalid. https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output
