Problems with Syncing Storage

Progress bar icon shows that library is syncing, then exclamation mark symbol appears and sync stops. In general Zotero is very crash prone on my PC - maybe I've got the settings wrong or something? I've updated the software when prompted to a few weeks ago.

Any suggestions?

    Did you click on the error icon to read the error message?

    Based on your error report, it should be telling you that you've exceeded your file sync quota.
