Cannot open attachment

Hello, I have a standalone Zotero for Mac. Now, I cannot open the attachments. The message is that it cannot be found.

  • Sometimes the attachment files can be missing because of failed download or sync. You can just re-add the attachment and the problem should go away.
  • It's not really clear what the situation here is—you'd have to provide more information—but if you're talking about syncing, start here: http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing

    There's no particular reason for a downloaded attachment not to work—I can't recall even seeing that.
