Error generating Bibliography

Please help!!
I have not idea why my Zotero has failed to generate the bibliography in a word document (word 2010)
I have reported the error I think...just generated error report 263292131
It says "Zotero has experienced an error updating your document [Zotero WinWordIntegration Exception..." "Word has encountered a problem". Code 0 function " zoteroWinWordField::SetText" location: ".\zoteroWinWordField.cpp"]

    I have the same problem. It occurs with Firefox Addon as well as with Zotero Stand alone and Word2010 on Windows 7 64Bit System.
    Word produces the error message:
    in Fehler ist beim Update Ihres Dokuments aufgetreten.

    'Sie versuchen, einen Dateityp zu öffen, der durch Ihre Zugriffschutzeinstellungen im Sicherheitscenter gesperrt wird. code: "0" function:"zoteroWinWordField::SetText" location: "zoteroWinWordField.cpp"' when calling method: [zoteroWinWordIntegrationErrorHandler::throwError]

    This seems a serious bug. Has somebody a workaround?

    See the response at https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/35755/blocked-by-trust-settings/. You or your system administrator has disabled the ability to open RTF files in Word.
