Help with Standalone and Word Citation

Hello all - for some reason my zotero is not working now. For years I have had zero problems. Here is the issue.

Using STANDALONE with Chrome and MS Word 2010

when inserting a citation to footnote or endnote, instead of the proper citation, i get what seems to be the code of zotero and not the citation.

When I attempt to copy the code and place in here, it displays the actual correct citation

the code looks something like this
{ADDIN ZOTERO ITEM {"citationID":"pojqoorf, etc, etc

Please help.

I have tried to delete all instances of zotero, plug ins, etc, and reinstall, but to no avail.

Figured it out - just had to press Alt-f9
