Tags syncing

I realized that when you add/modify tags, the date modified of the reference doesn't change... Is the tags modifications are then synced with server even if the modified date remain the same? Is this could cause syncing problem in group libraries?

The visible modification date of the item doesn't have any effect on whether the data syncs.

Changing tags will likely update the visible item modification in Zotero 4.1, though, along with a change in the underlying sync architecture.
