Upgrade StorageCiting clinicaltrials.gov

I need to cite clinicaltrials.gov for a grant application. Zotero has worked flawlessly for most things for me, but I need to cite this in a pretty specific format:
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/services/ctcite.html
Is there a way I can make this an item, or is there another source item I can use that will give me the proper formatting? I am not averse to manually inputting the data but I would like to be able zotero to handle the output to keep my references in order etc.
I am currently using the NIH Citation Style linked in tracyme's post here:
