Upgrade StorageAttaching current page as link
I'm not really sure if this is a bug, but:
1. (on the 4.0 branch) Using "Attach Link to Current Page" pops up the message box on the bottom right. The title of the link remains gray for quite a long time, which made me a bit suspicious about what it was actually doing. Link attachments should be instant.
2. After looking at the logs, it seems that Zotero indexes the page before attaching a link to it. It doesn't seem like this could have been introduced accidentally and I can see how it could be a feature. Just wanted to make sure that this is intended, because I don't think there is any indexing that happens when attaching links any other way (so I guess it's a bit inconsistent behavior).
Nit: We might want to add a short (maybe less than a second) delay before everything is done and the pop-up is closed. This way, the user can see that the attachment was successful (i.e. turns black).
