Sync error

I have tried restarting Zotero and computer but not working - it keeps saying a file sync error has occurred. I have included Report ID above.

Zotpad is also not working i.e. cannot access pdf files. I checked my data usage and it says 1.1mb out of 300mb which seems too little, perhaps that is the problem, not sure.

    Upgrade to Zotero 3.0.14, to start. You're still on 3.0.8.

    That probably won't fix it, but provide another Report ID for the problem with that.
  • Please Help!!! ZotPad has worked well on my iPhone 5 and iPad for a few days, I have updated to the latest version but it simply can not access my Zotero Library anymore and does not let me send support requests either. I do not know what to do anymore.
  • Please help, the Zotero Plugin in my Firefox on Windows XP and the Zotero Stand Alone on the same computer do not sunc documents any more, the Firefox´s plugin does not prompt any error and aparently syncs currectly but the documents are not updated. And the stand alone version prompts a message saying that it can not conect to server.
  • jsrg: Start a new thread and provide more info on what's happening with Zotero. Also, Zotero and ZotPad are completely separate programs, so you'd have to ask for help with ZotPad in the ZotPad forums.
