Upgrade StorageSeparate authors by comma instead of "and" or "&"
Does anybody know of a way to separate authors of a publication by comma instead of the usual "and" or "&"?
I can't find a style which has this requirement or hints in the guide to developing your own style (http://citationstyles.org/downloads/specification.html#table-of-contents).
