Upgrade StorageBibliography is missing an item
After the end of a bibliography's <choose> </choose> is the block: <text macro="access"/> just before a </layout>
The access is not output for a Web Page item with a URL and an access-date. I do not know why and would like ideas on how to debug output like this.
I seem to notice most of the examples do not include websites - is this an oversight or deliberate?
