Upgrade StorageOption to set language per document
I often write articles in English, French and Arabic, and I often have documents in different languages open at the same time while translating and revising them.
As described in ticket #541, it's possible to change the language of generated bibliographies globally by changing a Firefox config setting and restarting Firefox. But this is no help if I'm working on several documents at the same time in different languages. What I need is a way to set the language for references and bibliographies on a per-document basis.
When I first put a reference in a document, Zotero asks me which reference style I want to use for that document. I'd like it to ask me at the same time what language to use for the document's bibliography, and remember this setting next time I open the same document, just as it remembers the document's reference style.
