I am having trouble synching with Webdav server. I receive the following message when trying to synch

A WebDAV file sync error occurred. Please try syncing again.
[JavaScript Error: "no element found" {file: "https://********:********@webdav.4shared.com/zotero/" line: 1}]


I once experienced this before. What I had to do was to delete the entire zotero installation in my PC, the entire folder in the Webdav server and restore manually my library.

I don't know if there's an easier / faster way.

I would also like to know if this error can be caused if I start synching with computer A, having left an uncomplete synch with computer B.

    If you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that fails I can tell you the specific error you're getting from the server, but this is likely a problem with your WebDAV provider.

    It's a 500 error from your WebDAV provider (and you're not the first to report it). Talk to them, or try another provider—this isn't a problem in Zotero.

    @Dan, is that null in the request path supposed to be there?

    Yes. That's the libraryID, which is null for the user library (though I'm gradually changing that to 0).
