Upgrade Storagegroup libraries do not appear in pane or tab
Hello, I have trouble syncing my group library. I reinstalled my laptop (wnidows vista) downloaded firefox and installed zotero in firefox and word. When I open the zotero pane within firefox, the group libraries seem empty. When I log onto zotero online, they are fine. I even reset zotero, but nothing still.
when I double click on group libraries in the pane, it directs me to the group libraries page in my zotero account.
there is no error message, the group libraries simply do not appear.
