Duplicate detection should ignore (some?) punctuation in titles
Currently duplicate detection does not ignore punctuation when comparing item titles. E.g. Item with title "Title" is not picked up as duplicate of item with title "Title."
IMO we can probably ignore either terminal or all punctuation when performing comparisons.
Edit: Same thing is happening with author initials, which is a bigger issue, since this is often different between translators. We should probably only compare authors based on last name and first name initials ignoring periods.
