Java error when inserting bibliography / copy & pasted text, Error ID 1139337238

I'm trying to generate a bibliography from text with references copied & pasted from another document. LibreOffice and Zotero can talk to each other - I can add & edit references. However, when I attempt to generate a bibliography I get the following error message:
