in trying to use the zotero plugin to word, I get the following error if I do anything (add citation, format, change citation, etc.)

Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

This is a windows XP, word 2007 computer, on which I am not Admin (work computer, with security policy in place).

Any help greatly appreciated.

    to summarize: this can be due to security software, or to Word and FF installed with different privileges (I believe compatibility mode doesn't exist in XP)

    you'll likely need help from an admin to get this to work.
